ARTvS currently offers free shipping to the following countries:
Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Australia, and the United States of America.
These countries have been selected based on logistics reliability and fair carrier rates, ensuring your order arrives safely, quickly, and without added shipping costs to you, the customer.
If you’re located outside these regions and would like to purchase a piece, I’d be honored to help make that happen.

Shipping - Original Artwork​
Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind creation and is handled with the utmost care from studio to doorstep.

Originals are shipped worldwide.
Processing Time
Please allow 1–4 business days for careful packaging and dispatch after your purchase is confirmed.
Carriers Used
We typically ship via reliable services such as DHL or UPS, depending on your location.
Signature Required
A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure a safe and secure handover.
Packaging
Artworks are carefully wrapped in protective, eco-conscious packaging designed to guard against bends, pressure, and moisture.
Shipping times
Shipping times vary depending on your destination and the carrier, but typical delivery times are between 1–6 business days after dispatch.
Returns - Original Artwork​
Because original artworks are unique and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.
If your artwork is damaged upon arrival:
– Notify us within 48 hours of receiving it
– Include photos of the packaging and the damage
We’ll work with you to find a suitable resolution
Other Important Notes
We do not refund orders where incorrect shipping addresses were provided.
Lost items may be eligible for a replacement after 30 days from the order date.
Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Shipping - Fine Art Prints & Other Products​
We work with trusted print partners located across the world to ensure fast and reliable delivery worldwide. Orders are automatically routed to the nearest facility to reduce delivery times and environmental impact.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–4 working days (often within 24–48 hours).
Please allow for both production and shipping time when estimating your order’s arrival.
Delivery usually takes 1–6 working days, with most items arriving within 3 days of dispatch.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Address Changes
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update the address, though changes can’t be guaranteed once production begins.
Returns - Fine Art Prints & Other Products​
All print products are custom-made to order, and therefore cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
– Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
– Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
A replacement will be sent at no cost to you
Orders may only be cancelled before entering production. After that point, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund.
